Devan is a high school teacher for the Eugene 4J School District. A graduate of the University of Oregon, with Bachelor's degrees in history and political science, and a Masters of Education. Devan has served in a variety of positions within the field of education: tutor, daycare supervisor, literacy coach, special-ed assistant and academic coach, serving students with a variety of backgrounds and needs from kindergarten all the way through to the college level. Devan has joined the Ridgeline Equity Committee in order to serve the school community and learn what is needed to help make the environment best support all students and families. Devan is the father of a Ridgeline kindergartner.

April-Kay has a degree in Early Childhood Education and an AMI Assistant’s to Infancy (birth to three) diploma. April-Kay was the co-founder of Zora Montessori located in West Eugene. April-Kay is a community trainer for the state of Oregon focusing on introductory workshops centering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. April-Kay has experience in social justice, anti-bias and anti-racist education. April-Kay is the Vice-President for the Ridgeline Montessori Public Charter School's Board of Directors and a non-voting member on the Ridgeline Equity Committee. April-Kay is the mother to two current Ridgeline students and one Ridgeline alumni.
