Dmitria's class and our class will have an overnight at Honeyman State Park. We will leave school Wednesday morning, May19 and spend the night at the park. We will return on Thursday, May 20. Students will be picked up at the normal time and place at Dunn on Thursday afternoon. A permission slip and Health Form are required for this trip. Families are being asked to donate food, those who have been asked to drive will donate gas and there will be an $18 fee for each student to cover yurts, additional food and vehicle entrance fees. Please contact the office if this is a financial hardship.
My class will have an End of the Year trip to Skateworld in Springfield, Monday, June 14. We will leave Dunn at 9:00 to be at Skateworld by 9:30. We skate for 2 hours and return to school. We will eat as usual at school. We are renting the entire place. The cost per student is $6. If you are interested in driving students, please send me a note telling me how many students you can transport. You will be driving both ways. You can skate if you want! A permission slip with details will come home near the end of May. Huge thanks to our End of the Year Committee for the hard work toward this effort.
